The Epidemic of Worsening Children’s Health in the US with Dr. Christopher Forrest, Director, Center for Applied Clinical Research, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOPS). Dr Forrest and his team found that a U.S. child was 15% to 20% more likely to have a chronic condition in 2023 than in 2011. In particular the prevalence of depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, obesity, autism, behavioral problems, developmental delays, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
